How do I check the status of an order?

You will receive a notification with your tracking information once your product is packaged and dispatched.

How fast is the shipping and fullfilment?

Once your item(s) have been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information; please allow a few days for processing. Most domestic items take 7 to 15 days to arrive once they've been dispatched, depending on how quickly your local postal service operates.

Backorders do occasionally happen, which can slow down the procedure. Its prompt delivery to you is always our priority. Within five business days, you should receive information that your order has been packed.
